Settling In Period

To give our Residents that extra confidence in making their move to our Village, we offer a 3 month settling in period. If for any reason you decide to leave, you can invoke your rights to be released from the Contract.

The conditions of the refund are:

1. Notify us in writing within 3 months of you taking occupation of the premises;
2. Leave the premises clean and tidy and otherwise in the same condition that it was in when you took occupation, fair wear and tear excepted;
3. Pay a market rent for the period that you occupied the premises, less any amount that you have paid for weekly levies;
4. Pay an administrative fee of $1,000.00.

The purchase money will be refunded to you on the resale of the premises.

Weekly Levies

The weekly levies are set to a fixed percentage of the Single Aged Pension thus guaranteeing affordability to maintain control over your living expenses. The only additional payments you will need to make are for your personal expenses of clothing, food, electricity, telephone and contents insurance.
